Edited to add Your Cherished Birth does not recommend the use of any natural or drug related aid to rippen the cervix without consulting your doctor and educating yourself on the pros and cons of such use.

My name is Samantha Mehaffey, I'm a wife and a mother of four. My husband served in the Military for 8 years and during that time I birthed two of my five children and served a few people as a volunteer doula, now he is working in the civilian world and we've added a third and fourth and fifth child (all born at home) and I've increased my business and gotten certified through DONA, and now I’m working toward becoming a midwife.
