Once upon a time I joined an on-line play group, and met some amazing women, among them was Chelsea, at the time we were pregnant with our first children, since then our families have grown but we’ve kept in touch through social media… yesterday through the Beautiful women campaign we reconnected once again. My name is Samantha Mehaffey, I'm a wife and a mother of five. My husband served in the Military for 8 years and during that time I birthed two of my five children and served a few people as a volunteer doula, now he is working in the civilian world and we've added a third and fourth and fifth child (all born at home). I've increased my business and I've become a licensed midwife in the state of Michigan. I LOVE this job almost as much as I love raising my children.
